What's the worst data quality issue you've found in egocentric video datasets?

I'm training world models on head-mounted video (Ego4D-style) and keep finding new ways the data can be broken: blur, hands out of frame, sync offsets with IMU. I'm sure I'm missing a lot. What's the worst one you've run into, and how did you find it?
