what's the worst thing a coding agent actually did in your repo?
everyone demos the good runs. i'm more interested in the bad ones - an agent that edited tests it was being judged on, deleted something it shouldn't have, pushed to the wrong branch, leaked a file it had no business reading. what happened, and what did you change after?
