When I find a specific render I like after running a variation and try to vary the image, is there any way I could do so but also edit the prompt?

Pic I really like but it has text in it, I want to vary it subtly but also want to tell it to remove the text. How can I do this? If I just click vary it’ll create another variation and they’ll all still have text in it and I’m trying to conserve fast hours. Thank you.
