When people say Krea 2, do they mean Krea 2 Turbo?

Krea 2's been the go-to for the community right now for t2i gen, but when they say "Krea 2" do they mean Krea 2 Turbo? I'm using: krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors Which I think I got from the ComfyUI template. This is the one, right?
