Where can I track/see my rate limits on AIStudio?

Issue: I've just been hit with a rate limit for 3.1 pro. Fine. But I have looked at the dashboard and there's no such rate limit display. I'm not paying for the API; I am subscribed (Pro sub). Where is this tracking I can see? I've been looking everywhere. I am so confused.,
