Which sub 20 dollar plan to get?

I am a computer science student residing in India and doing some projects so I want to purchase a plan. I think sonnet 5.5 level or something a little better than 3.8 flash would be enough for me. Also the projects span only a few files and are not very big. I plan to only use a few hours every day…
