Why does every update make it harder to just use the model I like?

Sometimes I want a quick answer from Astra. That doesnt mean I want a different model, and it doesn't mean every question needs max reasoning. These are different things lol I'm PAYING for this. Just let me pick Astra and how much it thinks. Why are we making this complicated??
