Why is ChatGPT using 5.5-mini on the "high" intelligence setting?

Before this, it would be using 5.6 sol. I was wondering why my responses have become so shit, it responds like an instant model, work quick thinking and just lackluster responses. Does anyone know when this will be fixed?
