Windows 11 bugs coming from WIndows 10

I've just been test driving my rig with Windows 11 since I read that Nvidia is stopping support for Windows 10 soon. My system has 2 GPUs: a 5070ti and a 5060ti. In Windows 10, the 5070ti is Cuda device 0 and the 5060ti is Cuda device 1. There's not really much advantage it seems to using both GPUs…
