Won't install starter workflow

Hello. I'm brand new to AI. I just signed up with Hugging Face, GitHub, and ComfyUI. When I get to this screen in ComfyUI, nothing happens when I click "Install" or "Skip & install". It allows me to check off MiniMax H3, Seedance 2.5, etc, but won't actually let me install anything. It's like it do…
