Any good settings for local Lora training for Krea 2 on Ostris AI Toolkit?

I installed and ran Ostris AI Toolkit for the first time locally to train a Lora for Krea 2, 1200 steps, with a dataset of 20 images, however, when the train starts it is super slow more than it should be or more than normal.
