Anyone else finding "Swiss cheese" in software built with AI agents?

By that I mean an app that looks complete, but has small holes scattered through the actual workflow. You usualy find them when you sit down and actually use the thing. A few examples from our own work: A resize handle saved the new width and passed its tests, but the panel on screen never changed…
