how are you giving agents team context (calls, chats, tickets) without copy pasting everything every time?

every agent chat at work starts the same ritual for me, paste screenshots of the slack thread, drop in the meeting notes file, paste the ticket so it can parse it, then finally ask the actual question. doing that 10x a day gets old, and the agent still only knows what i remembered to feed it trying…
