How are you handling AI to human handoffs?

We’re looking at using AI agents for more customer support but the handoff to a human is the part I’m stuck on. How are you handling context when the AI can’t solve something, does the agent get the full conversation or does the customer end up repeating everything? Would love to hear from you guys…
