If the $200 plan is still going to be 20x then WTF is the $500 plan at 25x...... Did they just rob all of those people?

They took the $200 plan from 20x to 10x and then introduced the $500 25x in it's place. Then they said they weren't going to reduce it to 10x and will leave it at 20x... So WTF is the $500 plan now?
