Together AI speed drop?

I'm curious if others seen the same, but I'm starting to notice latency issues and some speed decreases with Together AI. Its not super consistent which has made troubleshooting a nightmare but I'm pretty sure i pinpointed it as the issue. Anyone else dealing with this?
