What system prompt can you throw at an LLM (e.g. pre-prompt/wrapper) so that it behaves as if it's perpetually doubtful of or gaslighting it's own thought process?

Especially for multi-step "thinking" models, and without explicitly just telling it to simply act like it has ADHD or act paranoid.
